A Toast To Turning Two!

I wrote a post about the Stroumboulopouli blog. It's our second anniversary and I did a bit reminiscing. The post is not on this blog but on my original blog Trying To Be... you may find the link here.

I would like to propose a toast to the readers, contributors, past and present and to the crew of The Hour and The Strombo Show (past and present). If it were not for you, a word would not be written.

It has been an honour and a privileged to be a humble bard who is here to tell the tale set in the land of CBC, in the princedom of The Hour where the handsome and evil prince interrogates the helpless subjects in front of a mob of merry ... oh no wait, that's the wrong story.

It is an honour to contribute to a blog about the Host of The Hour, George Stroumboulopoulos. To celebrate the show that sparks creativity, humanity and curiosity and some other things that end in 'ity that I won't go into now...

Raise a mug to turning two! CHEERS!

Now, tell me, is the prince hiding a dragon somewhere? Oh wait, you said that was another story... ;)

Congrats Barbara, past & present contributors, The Hour, the readers/viewers & fans....
and of course the dark lord himself, for inspiring such interaction & debate.

I am proud to be part of such an amazing group of women. It's our Birthday...is there cake?

Thanks to all who read our musings, rantings and assorted ramblings. Whether you agree or disagree with what we write, your input, kudos & criticisms are all part of a fun ride.

To the team at The Hour...keep making television that entertains, stimulates good debate & a curiousity to learn more about the world around us.
