Sunday July the 4th tune in for four hours of commercial-free music, from the known and popular to the new and unexplored. This Sunday they feature the Warped Tour. In July The Strombo Show will still be broadcasting or rebroadcasting the radio show while George continues his vacation in LA. You'll have to tune in to see about special July shows. CBC Radio 2 eight until Midnight every Sunday night.
A regular contributor to The Strombo Show, Rich Terfry who also has his own radio show on CBC Radio 2 was on the stage at the Jazz Festival as Buck 65 on Canada Day.
Also on Canada Day Strombo was at a concert given to Canucks in LA by Sloan (who wrote The Hour's theme song)

I hate the way patricia clarkson hit on george it was SOOOOO akward. you coul tell he wasnt in to her and it made me uncomfortable. not as uncomfortable as mindy cohen though.
