George is at Sundance this weekend taking care of business. Perhaps doing interviews for The Hour... He would be doing it for you. You think he likes to go to luxury resorts and talk to beautiful and/or interesting stars and view all those films when he could be at home watching TV and cleaning up after the cats? We can only speculate....

What's on The Hour this week you ask?

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.... unknown. This may be the reason why, Soccer

We are going to interview Nile Seguin on Monday before the All New Materials Night at the Rivoli. The comedy show starts at 9:00 pm.

The interview will be posted here sometime in the coming months.

What's coming up??

I have been trying to sort out what's coming up this week...

This I know.

Sunday the Strombo show will be live!!

They will be interviewing ?uestlove the drummer from The Roots

This will be the last show before George goes on vacation.

It's not to say they won't do shows without Strombo there... they could... they have... I hope they will.

This week on The Hour all I know is on Tuesday they will explore how Toronto sucks and everybody hates it, with Albert Nerenberg. Also on Tuesday Virgins, Body Farms, and Chris Coppola plus Branson?? Seems like a lot for Tuesday and nothing on Wednesday? I am not sure that's right... aah just watch what's on... then you'll know.

Thursday they will air the interview with Alexandre Trudeau about his experiences in Iraq.

I know I am forgetting something about what is coming up this week.... besides the best of shows mixed in with interviews you have not seen yet... disinformation is back...

There will be updates...just not very accurate ones.

Schedule Change - Newsworld

Normally The Hour airs at 8 PM Eastern on CBC Newsworld, but according to their online schedule there will be a special about the Virginia Tech Shootings at that time. The episode may still be on as scheduled at 11 PM Eastern on the main network (depending on the Stanley Cup Playoffs naturally). Of course, you can always catch the latest episode via their website.

Sunday nights Strombo show will be hosted by Ryan Doyle (no relation to Hilary Doyle)

The Hours schedule is a bit bumpy this week due to the NHL Hockey Playoffs... so hang on for the ride..



Monday will be the show they taped on Wednesday but did not air yet...

Arthur Kent ( the Scud Stud) will be on talking about Afghanistan and how he is reporting it these days online...

Stone Cold Steve Austin is now doing movies and talks about his career as a wrestler. He talks about his injury and recovery, his heartbreaks, and his family life.

Also Mary Walsh of This Hour has 22 Minutes does her Best Story Ever

Tuesday

George should be coming back from LA with some interesting interview we may see on Tuesday... I can't tell you more right now... The show will be taped with an audience on Tuesday but the Hockey schedule rules the week...

Wednesday

Ishmael Beah was a child soldier. He tells his story about the horrors he lived though.

Sarah Polley was a child star, became a political activist and is now a film director.


Thursday... again they are taping a show on Thursday but due to Hockey it's uncertain when it will air. I don't know who will be on yet.
