The Canadian Screen Awards is the combination of the Geminis and Genies. The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television awards excellence in film, television and digital media productions.

Martin Short, who did such a great job in 2013, will be hosting again this year. George Stroumboulopoulos will have the honour of presenting at the Sunday Broadcast Gala but this year, to give others a chance to win I am sure, is not a nominee. His talk show as The Hour and George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight and George himself as a host have won around 8 Geminis and last year he won this CSA.
