Alex Karras played the role of Webster's adopted father, George Papadapolis ... as well as being an actor Mr. Karras was a professional wrestler and football player. He passed away October 10, 2012 of kidney failure.

The award winning author had not one, but two, novels come out this year; "360: A Novel" and "Trust Your Eyes", which is now being made into a film.

In the festive spirit, we give thanks to Memphis soul jams, rock gods and emerging hip-hop. The Can Con Don returns for a game of choose-your-own-adventure with George, digging into good offerings from some female heavyweights.
Adam Gontier, front-man of Three Days Grace, sits down to chat about the band's latest effort, 'Transit of Venus'.
And just as those turkey sedatives begin to settle, we send off into the night by way of a themed big lie-down. The collective is in order, dig in.
